Once you are released from the surgery center, you will need to return home and rest. The most important aspect of your after-care is to protect your nose from injury. Your nose will be wrapped with a bandage, but it is still susceptible to being injured. Dr. Castellon will explain limitations to your activities before you leave the surgery center. If you protect your nose from injury, the results of your rhinoplasty are permanent.
